By accessing or using NurVai (nurvai.pages.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this service.

2. ABOUT NURGPT

NurVai is an independent AI chatbot project created and maintained by Nur Khan, a developer from Khulna, Bangladesh.

3. ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use NurVai
• You must have a valid Google account to log in
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to use NurVai to:

• Generate harmful, abusive, hateful, or illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Use the service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service without permission
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

NurVai uses AI models to generate responses. Please be aware:

• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• Do not rely on NurVai for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice
• You are responsible for how you use the information provided
• NurVai is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content

6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & BANNING

NurVai reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice. Reasons for banning include but are not limited to abuse, spam, harassment, or attempting to exploit the service.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, and code of NurVai is the intellectual property of Nur Khan, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of NurVai without explicit written permission.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

NurVai relies on third-party services including Google Firebase, Cloudflare, Groq, OpenRouter, and Google Gemini. By using NurVai, you also agree to comply with the terms of these services. NurVai is not responsible for any downtime or issues caused by third-party providers.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NurVai and its creator (Nur Khan) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of NurVai after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
